I am submitting this complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from Malina Casino.

I won a total amount of €29,000.

I submitted three withdrawal requests on 29/12/2025, 30/12/2025, and 31/12/2025 each one for the amount opf 800€

All three withdrawals are still marked as "Pending", and I have not received any funds yet.

Malina Casino does not allow me to submit additional withdrawal requests because there is a limit of three pending withdrawals at the same time, which currently blocks me completely from accessing my winnings.

From what i am reading from other players the withdrawal for the total amount will take months.

I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any necessary screenshots or proof of my withdrawal requests.

At 12.01.2026 my two withdrawals completed successfully.

The third one was cancelled by their behalf.

My withdrawal limit from 800 euros per withdrawal dropped to 500.

I requested a new withdrawal at 12.01.2026 of the new max limit of 500 euro.

The problem is that with this rate it will take forever to withdraw the full amount.

Remaining amount 26.800 euro

As of 14/01/2026 i have 3 pending withdrawals of 500 each and remaining account balance of 25.800 euro.

My issue is that the casino state that the monthly withdrawal limit is at vip 3 that I was before at 12.000 and at vip1 that I am currently 7.000.

With the current speed of withdrawals is impossible to achieve that amount..

At 18/01/2026 the casino cancelled the withdrawal from 13/01/2026 again without any reason.

I proceed to a new withdrawal at the same day.

At 19/01/2026 they completed the withdrawal from 14/01. Still have pending the withdrawal from 12/01/2026,18/01/2026 and 19/01/2026.

On 03/18/2026, after 18 days of waiting and 3 months of withdrawals being made, they asked for confirmation of my account.

I have sent what they requested and an extra document with a residential address and I am still waiting for the withdrawals 23 days later.

I have replied to the casino both here and in an email directly regarding the different residential address. I am still waiting for the confirmation as well as for the withdrawals which currently take 30 days.

The problem is that in February I received total withdrawals of 3500/7000, which is the monthly limit.

For March I have only received 1500/7500.

Now the wait for KYC confirmation is around 2 weeks, while the site states a maximum of 48 hours.

While I follow the rules, the casino manages to delay every step (withdrawals, Kyc)

Εχω απαντήσει στο καζίνο τόσο εδω όσο και σε μειλ απευθείας για τον λόγο της διαφορετικής διεύθυνσης κατοικίας. Εξακολουθώ να περιμενω για την επιβεβαίωση όσο και για τις αναληψεις που σημερα μετράνε 30 μέρες.

Το πρόβλημα ειναι οτι τον μηνα Φλεβάρη εχω λάβει συνολικές αναληψεις 3500/7000 που ειναι το όριο μηνιαίο.

Για τον Μάρτιο εχω λάβει μόνο 1500/7500.

Τωρα η αναμονη για την επιβεβαίωση του kyc κρατάει γυρω στις 2 εβδομάδες ενω στο σαιτ ορίζουν 48 ωρες μέγιστο.

Ενώ εγω ακολουθώ τους κανόνες, το καζίνο καταφέρνει να καθυστερεί σε κάθε βήμα( αναλήψεις, Kyc)

I have received the payments since 07/04/2026.

I have made three new withdrawals of €500 each on 07-08-09/04/2026.

Now that my account has been verified, the casino will be able to respect the limit of 7000 euros per month in withdrawals, as it has failed to do so for the last 3 months while I am typical of all the terms and instructions they set.

For the month of March, withdrawals totaling 1500 euros were made as they do not allow you to make more than 3 withdrawals.

For April, 1500 euros have been made so far with three pending withdrawals for a total of 1500.

What I am asking for is the immediate withdrawal of the amounts to achieve the monthly withdrawal limit as they explicitly state on their page.

Τώρα που εχει γινει επιβεβαίωση του λογαριασμου μου, το καζίνο θα μπορέσει να τηρήσει το όριο των 7000 ευρω τον μηνα σε αναληψεις, καθώς εχει αποτύχει να το κάνει αυτό τους τελευταίους 3 μήνες ενω εγω ειμαι τυπικός σε όλους τους όρους και οδηγίες που αυτοί θέτουν.

Για τον μηνα Μάρτιο έγιναν αναληψεις συνολικά 1500 ευρω καθώς δεν σε αφήνουν πάνω από 3 αναληψεις.

Για τον Απρίλιο ως στιγμής έχουν γίνει 1500 ευρω με τρεις εκρεμμεις αναληψεις για αλά 1500.

Αυτό που ζητάω ειναι την άμεση ανάληψη των ποσών για την επίτευξη του μηνιαίου όριου αναλήψεων όπως ρητά αναφέρουν στην σελίδα τους.

If we calculate that today is 04/21/2026, the casino must complete these withdrawals and give me another 3 days to make the new withdrawals in order to reach their monthly limit of 7000 euros.

Αν υπολογίσουμε οτι σημερα ειναι 21/04/2026, το καζίνο πρέπει να ολοκληρώσει αυτές τις αναληψεις και να μου δώσει άλλες 3 μερες προκειμένου να κανω τις νέες αναληψεις ώστε να καταφέρει να πιάσει το δικό τους μηνιαίο όριο των 7000 ευρω.

There is one last withdrawal to complete all withdrawals which has been approved and is being processed according to the casino. This withdrawal was requested on 24/05. After this all withdrawals will have been successfully completed.
