I only deposited €30.00, the bonus was processed the next day and confirmed. I wanted to withdraw €200.00, which was the remaining balance after winning almost €400.00. After that, the KYC verification process started, and I tried for almost two hours to verify my identity, but it was no use (I had already verified my account at two other casinos, and they accepted my documents, so this one refused). Now, believe it or not, the very next day I was blocked by the casino, without any notification, no email, nothing, just blocked. I contacted support, and they claimed I had allowed other users, strangers, access to my account. This is an outrageous and blatant lie! Please help GURU so I can at least get my €200.00 back. I will never play here again! No casino could be more disreputable!

Ich wollte 200,00 abheben, die nach einem Gewinn von fast 400,00 EUR uebrig blieben, danach erfolgte KYC Bearbeitung, ich habe es ganz sicher fast 2 Stunden versucht , mich zu verifizieren, keine Chance ( hatte mich schon bei 2 anderen Casinos verifizieren lassen und denen haben die Unterlagen gereicht, also sie wollte nicht. jetzt sage und schreibe, am kommenden Tag war ich vom Casino gesperrt, ohne Nachricht, keine Mail nichts, einfach gesperrt. ich rief den Support auf, die erklärten, ich hätte andere Teilnehmer an mein Konto, also Fremde gelassen, Das ist eine ganz infame und dreiste Luege! Bitte um Hilfe von GURU, damit ich wenigstens die 200,00 erhalte, spielen werde ich hier nicht mehr! weil unseriöser kann kein cASINO sein!
