I requested my first withdrawal of funds for an amount of €450.00 on May 20, 2026 to my Visa credit/debit card.

As of today, 9 calendar days (7 business days) have passed and the transaction remains stuck in "Under Review" status (Step 2). I contacted casino support and they formally confirmed that my account does NOT require KYC verification, explaining only that they are experiencing a "high workload" to process the payment. I also did not use any bonus that could delay the withdrawal.

Since internal chat support has blocked my access, I demand that the casino approve the transaction immediately and release my funds.

Solicité mi primer retiro de fondos por un monto de 450,00 € el pasado 20 de mayo de 2026 hacia mi tarjeta de crédito/débito Visa. 

A día de hoy, han transcurrido 9 días naturales (7 días hábiles) y la transacción permanece estancada en el estado "Bajo revisión" (Paso 2). Me he puesto en contacto con el soporte del casino y me han confirmado formalmente que mi cuenta NO necesita verificación de identidad (KYC), excusándose únicamente en que sufren un "elevado volumen de trabajo" para procesar el pago. Tampoco he utilizado ningún bono que pudiera retrasar el cobro.

Dado que el soporte interno por chat me ha bloqueado el acceso, exijo que el casino apruebe la transacción de inmediato y libere mis fondos.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
