So, when sending LTC the price changed from when I sent it to when they received it. The minimum deposit amount is .2 and I ended up sending .19 LTC. They said that since it was below the minimum, my account would not be credited, they could not see nor track the transaction, and that they "did not have the funds". I understand having a minimum, but to bold face and outright LIE is inexcusable. I’ve never had funds disappear into the either because a "minimum wasn’t met". If I wanted to send $0.01 to an LTC wallet I’m sure it would receive it.

Long story short, they stole $19.xx from me because it didn’t meet their .2 minimum. It principle at this point. Idc if someone missed seeing the minimum amount. You can’t just take their damn money!

This was my very first deposit with them. Please make it make sense that somehow their LTC wallet doesn’t receive payments of less than .2 and any payments sent that wallet less than that just disappear. Even if that’s just a dumb casino rule, they can’t just take my funds, right?

Thank you for your reply. What do you mean by the funds are lost? As long as the transaction on a blockchain is successful, someone must have received the funds. The question is only if it was the casino or payment provider. The funds don't get lost on a blockchain. Since the deposit amount was very close to the minimum amount it doesn't seem fair to just keep the funds. Did the player use incorrect data to register their account?

Seems to me the funds are STOLEN not lost. People on casinos using VPNs every day.

The ranking of this casino should be considered a 1 until such minimal funds are returned. This is robbery and the blockchain proves it. I can "Consider" myself owner of your BS casino, but it doesn’t make it true. What IS TRUE, is that you received the funds.
