I was using my Betwinner account for sports betting only, and everything was going fine. After I requested to withdraw my money, they asked me to go through the account verification process.

I submitted all the required documents correctly, but instead of processing my withdrawal, they suddenly closed my account. Shortly after, they sent me a message saying my account was terminated due to a "violation of their Terms and Conditions" — without giving any specific reason or evidence.

I want to clarify that I never used any bonuses, I only deposited and played fair.

Since then, they have completely stopped responding to me and did not refund my remaining balance. They even claimed that "funds were already withdrawn" — which is not true, because I never received any money back.

This situation is completely unfair, and I hope the responsible authorities will take this seriously.

Thank you for your reply. I apologize, but if you have only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino may have detected activity that led to this decision. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly, and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified; we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
