The deposit was received at their wallet address, but the casino did not add it to my balance.

Then, support closed the case, saying everything was "in order," even though I never received the money. Since then, they haven't responded clearly, and the situation is at a standstill.

⚠️ Important clarification regarding my account:

I made a mistake in my email address when I registered.

I wrote suciuviorica280@icloud.cop instead of suciuviorica280@icloud.com .

Because of this error, I am not receiving emails from the casino, but I remain the account owner and can log in normally.

All the transactions shown in the history are indeed from me.

I am therefore asking for your help despite this error, because the main problem is the uncredited Bitcoin deposit.

I simply want my deposit added to my account, or to be refunded.

Thank you for helping me solve this problem, as the casino support refuses to acknowledge the error despite the blockchain evidence.

Le dépôt a bien été reçu à leur adresse de portefeuille, mais le casino ne l’a pas ajouté sur mon solde.

Ensuite, le support a fermé l’affaire en disant que tout était "en ordre", alors que je n’ai jamais reçu l’argent. Depuis, ils ne répondent plus clairement, et la situation est bloquée.

⚠️ Précision importante concernant mon compte :

Lors de mon inscription, j’ai fait une erreur dans mon adresse e-mail.

J’ai écrit suciuviorica280@icloud.cop au lieu de suciuviorica280@icloud.com.

À cause de cette erreur, je ne reçois pas les e-mails du casino, mais je reste le propriétaire du compte et je peux m’y connecter normalement.

Toutes les transactions affichées dans l’historique viennent bien de moi.

Je demande donc votre aide malgré cette erreur, car le problème principal est le dépôt Bitcoin non crédité.

Je souhaite simplement que mon dépôt me soit ajouté, ou être remboursé.

Merci de m’aider à résoudre ce problème, car le support du casino refuse de reconnaître l’erreur malgré les preuves blockchain.
