Today I had such a situation that while playing "Rise of Olympus" playing at a rate of 80 PLN per spin I got a combination that starts the bonus game. For this combination alone 2500 PLN went up and then the bonus game should have started but unfortunately the game froze and I neither have the 2500 PLN nor is it loading the bonus, something just froze and for a good few hours nothing has changed.

All other games work just not this one...the game starts and after a second the message pops up

WHAT can I do in this situation? Of course I reported the problem but so far they haven't helped and have supposedly forwarded the case.

dzis miałem taką sytuacje ze podczas gry w "Rise of Olympus" grając na stawce 80 zł za obrot trafiłem układ ktory rozpoczyna bonus gre. Za sam ten układ wskoczyło 2500 zł po czym powinna ruszyc bonusową gra ale niestety gra sie zawiesila i nie mam ani tych 2500 zł ani nie ładuje tego bonusa tylko sie coś zacięło i juz kilka dobrych godzin nic się nie zmieniło.

CO moge w tej sytuacji zrobic.? Oczywiscie zgłosilem problem ale narazie nic nie pomogli i niby przekazali sprawę dalej.
