Two deposits of 2500 rs and rs 1000 are not credited to my gaming account; customer service has no answer except that they will contact the payment provider

We have reviewed your case and can confirm that, as promised, we contacted our payment provider to investigate both deposits.

Following their internal review, the payment provider informed us that the funds did not reach their system. We have already sent you a detailed update via email; however, it appears that the message has not yet been read.

According to the information provided by the payment provider, you should:

Check your bank statement to see whether the funds have already been reversed to your account.

Contact your bank or financial institution to confirm whether the reversal has been processed.

If the reversal has not been received, initiate a refund request through your bank.

If your bank is unable to assist, they recommend referring them to the RBI guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department.

I have on June 29 sent by bank account statements to Betfury wherein it can be seen that the money has not been reversed .

approaching the RBI for a solution is an impractical solution as making payment to an intermediary of a casino is illegal .

Betfury has not done proper due diligence on selection of the payment provider and is shifting the onus on to the player for their inefficiency

these two payments were the only ones which I made to the casino and both of them did not go through .

If the funds were never credited to your casino account and the payment provider has confirmed that they never received them, there is unfortunately little the casino can do from its side. In such cases, the only available course of action is for your bank or payment provider to investigate the transaction. While I understand your concerns regarding the suggested process, these investigations are typically handled between the financial institutions involved and can take approximately one month to complete.
