Dear Casino Guru Team:

I am filing a formal and urgent complaint against Betano for fraudulent practices, software manipulation, and malicious alteration of game histories in the title 243 Top Multiplier.

I have been the direct victim of blatant theft: playing this game, I reached high multipliers and managed to hit two significant jackpots (500 jackpots), but the platform abusively deleted all records from my history to hide the evidence of my winnings. Despite having generated these legitimate prizes, the casino flatly refuses to pay me and is deleting the evidence from my account.

I have all the evidence and screenshots that support this fraud. I demand a strict and independent audit of Betano's software in this game, the immediate restoration of my real game records, and the full and unconditional payment of what I am owed. I will not accept this continued theft.

​Presento un reclamo formal y urgente contra Betano por prácticas fraudulentas, manipulación de software y alteración maliciosa de historiales de juego en el título 243 Top Multiplier.

​He sido víctima directa de un robo descarado: jugando en este título alcancé multiplicadores altos y logré reventar dos premios importantes ("chanchos" de 500), pero la plataforma de manera abusiva borró por completo los registros de mi historial para ocultar la evidencia de las ganancias obtenidas. A pesar de haber generado estos premios legítimos, el casino se niega rotundamente a pagarme y elimina las pruebas dentro de mi cuenta.

​Tengo todas las pruebas y capturas que respaldan este fraude. Exijo una auditoría estricta e independiente al software de Betano en este juego, la restauración inmediata de mis historiales reales y el pago total y sin excusas de lo que me corresponde. No aceptaré que sigan robando de esta manera.
