BC.GAME is ABSOLUTELY SCAM

I bet total 983.33 on Evolution Casino, and all bets are win.

But, BC.GAME suddenly canceled my bets for ‘technical reason’.

1. I played Evolution’s ‘Speed Bacarrat’ through BC.GAME. While playing normally, three hit bets, like screenshots, were cancelled. The casino's customer center claims it's because of "too late betting," but I bet as soon as the countdown started. Even, bets that have since lost money have been processed normally.
2. The bets in this complaint are "canceled bets," which cannot be seen in Evolution or BC.GAME's records. However, as shown in the screenshot, the customer center is aware of the record of the canceled bets.
3. No. The prize has not been returned, and the payment of the prize is avoided as it is a 'technical problem'.
4. Yes. I have attached a screenshot. It is written in Korean, so it may be inconvenient to recognize it, so please understand.

I'm disappointed with the level of casinos shirking their responsibilities, saying it's a technical issue. I appreciate your kind help, and I'll cooperate with all if there's any data I need.

Regarding this case, I also contacted Evolution via e-mail to see what technical problems occurred, but have not received a reply yet.

1. Yes, that's a total of three bets, 983.839248 USDT to be exact.
2. Yes, as you can see from the screenshot, I asked them to "explain what technical issue it was." However, the casino dismissed it, saying, "We have provided all the information available."
3. Yes. May 4, 2025. One each at 18:10:39, 18:09:58, and 18:08:34. This time zone is GMT.

They had 2 weeks to answer but they ignored it and ended up with time. Please downgrade their rating.

7high6, we have received confirmation from the casino that the bets in question were automatically cancelled by the game provider's system. According to the information provided, the associated funds were promptly refunded to your account at the time of cancellation.

Please understand that in such situations, the cancellation is executed solely by the game provider, without any involvement or control from the casino's side. As a result, the casino is not in a position to intervene or reverse the outcome in this instance.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue and the circumstances under which the bets were cancelled, there is little further action that can be taken.
