They asked me to upgrade to VIP 2 to remove the withdrawal limit, so I made another deposit of $20, and nothing changed. I continued playing after that. The next day, I tried to withdraw again and got the same message. I didn't deposit any more because they don’t pay out or release the money I've already won. Not to mention, I've won numerous free spins and bonuses that were never credited to my account. This alone shows that the platform is fraudulent. I've recorded multiple screen recordings proving this, where I win a substantial prize only to find that when I go back to play, only the money I initially won remains.

I filed a complaint on "Reclame Aqui" on 13/01/25 and received no response. They also don't respond via email or Telegram. I tried contacting IBAS to no avail and attempted with CEG Complaints without success. Please help me.

Fiz reclamação no reclame aqui dia 13/01/25 e sem resposta, pelo email eles também não responde nem pelo telegram tentei com IBAS e nada tentei com ceg complaint também sem sucesso por favor me ajudem
