Hello. I saw an advertisement from a blogger for the casino 1win. I registered via email and deposited about 50 usdt into my account.

I played a little in the casino and switched to sports betting. After 2 days I won about 245 usdt and I still had bets. I decided to withdraw money 60 usdt to my wallet. 1win sent me an email that I need to upload documents. I successfully uploaded the documents and they wrote wait. I wanted to log into my account to continue the game > but it says that your account is blocked. I wrote to the TP and they told me that according to the rule, you violated something. I did not violate anything. I played fairly. I want to understand why my money was blocked? Please help

2) The casino asked me to go through identification of the person. I uploaded all the documents that they asked for a passport and to turn my head left and right. After that it says "approved" to me after uploading the documents and then I wanted to go in to see what happened to my withdrawal and I can't even go in it says your account is blocked

3) I placed bets on sports

4) I didn't use bonuses. I played with my own money.
