APUA GUN2-KASINOLLE

Here's the story, I'll try to summarize it as much as possible, I started using the gun and everything was ok, I lost a bit of money (about 400 euros) then at the end I managed to recover something, I made some withdrawals and ok, if it weren't for a withdrawal of 140 euros made on 08/30/2025 (14 days ago) and it didn't arrive,

I wrote to support and emails every day and they always said the same thing, today in a moment of anger I accidentally said "I END MY LIFE" but I was clearly joking and they blocked my account with 240 euros of pending withdrawals and now they ignore me and I'm desperate because I really needed that money for important things

Ecco la storia provo a sintetizzarla il più possibile, ho iniziato ad usare pistolo e tutto ok, perdo un po di soldi ( circa 400 euro) poi all'ultimo riesco a recuperare qualcosina, faccio qualche prelievo e ok, se non fosse per un prelievo da 140euro fatto il 30/08/2025 ( 14 giorni fa) e non arriva,

ho scritto ogni giorno al supporto e alle mail e dicevano sempre la stessa cosa, oggi in un momento di rabbia ho detto per sbaglio " I END MY LIFE" ma stavo palesemente scherzando e mi hanno bloccato l'account con 240 euro di prelievi in sospeso e ora mi ignorano e sono disperato perchè quei soldi mi servivano davvero per cose importanti

e ora i dicono che l'account è permanentemente chiuso e non verrò pagato

Before today I spoke to live support at least more than 50 times and they kept repeating the same messages and that the withdrawal will arrive bla bla bla but nothing

prima di oggi ho parlato con il live support almeno piu di 50 volte per farmi ripetere sempre gli stessi messaggi e che il prelievo arriverà bla bla bla ma niente

I'm sorry, but that surely doesn't sound like a joke to me at all. This could be a real threat, actually. 🤷‍♀️

When you say they blocked your account, what does it exactly mean, please? What explanation did they send to you?
