RTP -Kudos casino

Hi -I have much experience playing RTG casinos. Lately I have been on the Kudos casino site. I have been doing especially bad. They chalk it up to "bad luck" but I can’t get a direct response on the rtp on the slots I am playing. They said my rtp is 78% but isn’t this gaged per game and then that would be the average for the player? Can different casinos adjust this in the RTG software? I feel like I am getting scammed. I have yet to request a withdrawal after spending hundreds in last theee weeks. I want to have a withdrawal request as I think they will have an excuse to not pay as well. Does anyone else have any experience with this?
