Hi, hmm, it occurs to me that when players make chargebacks from casinos, it may prevent casinos from accepting you as a player. 

If you abused bonuses, I think it's possible. 

Also, if you were very successful, casinos may not accept you, but that's probably not very common. 

If the casinos are in the same group, then if they ban you from one, I would assume that it would apply to the entire group of casinos. I could probably think of some other things, but this is perhaps the first thing that comes to mind.
