I play online casino slots daily. For months I've only played one type of slot with a theoretical RTP of 95%.

My bets are €0.20, the game minimum, and after all these months my RTP calculation tells me that it barely reaches 75%.

Since my gaming sessions are in sections, that is, I play for example one hour in the morning, two hours at noon, one hour in the afternoon and the longest period is in the early morning, about 3 hours.

Can playing during discontinuous periods of the day influence the RTP?

or would that not be the case?

The casino's response to my question/complaint is that it's just a matter of bad luck.

I play an average of approximately 2,500 spins a day (75,000 spins a month)

I understand that if I have already played more than 500,000 spins of this slot it should already be close to 95% RTP, right?

Mis apuestas son 0,20€ , mínimo del juego, y tras todos estos meses mi cálculo de la RTP me indica que casi no llega al 75%

Dado que mis sesiones de juego son por tramos, es decir juego por ejemplo una hora a la mañana, dos horas mediodía, una hora por la tarde y el periodo más largo es en la madrugada, unas 3 horas.

El jugar en tramos discontinuos del día puede influir en la RTP ??

La contestación del casino a mi duda/queja es que es solo una cuestión de mala suerte

Casinos calculate RTP based on, say, 1 million spins, which is when you should reach the RTP for a given slot.

As for when you play, I don't think it has any effect on RTP. At least, I don't recall it ever being confirmed. 

Unfortunately, what the casino told you is probably what they would tell any player. But it's probably as they say, either you're lucky or you're not. There may be players who manage to win beyond the RTP, but that probably doesn't happen very often, especially not in the long run.
