hey iv been playing on aussieqq for some time now and iv never had any issues with any withdraws ever and i had got myself a good win of $23,000 and all of a sudden im told iv done illegal betting or my ip address has been used in the wrong way.... when there has never been any problems with all of my withdraws in the past... with what they say to me i strongle feel like im being scammer or unfairly treated and what the proof they say they have doesnt prove anything other then i havnt done anything wrong... and this other account they say is or could be why they will not pay me well that account has never even been finalized or even have a bank account liked to it... filefilefilefilefile

May I ask if it is some kind of app you played at? What kind of games did you play, please?

I am actually a little unsure if we will be able to do something if it is not a real online casino, you know.

no progress at all... they straight out ripped me off... only given illegitimate reasons as to why the winnings were randomly forfeited. after several requests to speak with management or for the decision to be reviewed the replied with a statement claiming that i had used my account on more than one device, the evidence they provided didnt show anything other than what they were claiming was false but they still wouldnt reason or talk properly just said the system automatically picked up the issue when it clearly states that the payment was removed manually.
