I can see that you probably have such mixed feelings, and after this answer, I do too, to be honest. Anyway, at least something has moved forward and I believe that this situation will be resolved with the help of the supervisor.

Yes that was me. I won in the hold and spin feature. Filled up all the coins and won $6000. Got up to $6500, went to withdraw, and they stole all my money except for $100 claiming there was a glitch in rival gammings side of things. I verified with rival that was not true and now elegant spins keeps just delaying. Why do you ask?
I see a second review on Trust Pilot where another player was denied their winnings after filling all the balls. The game glitched at the end of his bonus and Elegant Spins confiscated all his winnings too. We already know there’s no glitch and they’re a scam, but just thought it was incredible that they did it again, to somebody else. That’s all.
Oh, I know, right!? I saw that too and even took a screenshot of their complaint and went to the chat and said, "isn't this a strange coincidence!? Another player hits the same jackpot as me and yet again, another 'glitch.'" These people are atrocious.

They offered to have ME DEPOSIT 1000! And then they’d add 2000 and I can immediately cash out the 2k, but I would have to play the 1k through 1x and they’d do this 2 times for a payout of 4K. But, it MAKES NO SENSE. 🤣. It’s literally not the amount they owe me, I’d loose 1k for each 1k they give me! So, I agreed to a test run in a much smaller amount to see how it went. When they went to add my money.THEY MESSED UP and restored my confiscated balance! I screen capped it, and thought OMG I got my money back. I went to chat and John says "What? No we didn’t!" And I look and it’s gone again! Needless to say things didn’t go well! So they are able to restore your $ . 🤬. They’re liars and thieves. I’ll manage to get 2k more and that’ll be that’ll. I can’t continue the nonsense. I will update my complaint when it’s all settled if it works out. Sorry that was so long! No! I agreed to a first test run of 500 deposit and 1000 withdrawl and I did get the 1k. But it’s an awful process that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! And it’s a scam, yes sure if I win I cash it out, but it’s a risk. It’s an awful solution especially when before my eyes my balance was back. Sometimes though sanity is worth more than money.
Yeah, there is no way in hell I would do that with these crooks. They already stole almost $6000 from you and a little over $6500 from me. There's is nothing they can possibly say that would make me deposit even another dollar with them until they pay me, if not all, then at least some of the money they straight up stole from me. I would be too scared of them just stealing the $500. Especially since we already know the character they have, or lack thereof.

Yes it is! All the positive reviews left for them have to be fake. I'm surprised that they haven't told you there was a "glitch" therefore your winnings aren't real and they steal all your money off your account.
