So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Don’t mean to sound heartless but there are still many of us on here still looking out for merchants to try and get money back and don’t really want 100’s of notifications of people having conversations. I feel for you guys but this isn’t the platform for the discussion in my opinion

When it first started it was brilliant. Everyone helping each other get refunds but now some people just take the information, use it for themselves and don’t share their own investigations. Its a shame

I see. It makes sense.

However, if it is okay with you, I think something this delicate should, at the very least, be subject to some tolerance, and this thread seems to work pretty well for it.

I hope the notifications will help. Daniel has decided to set this specific thread as "unable to follow" because every time a new member joins the thread, it automatically becomes followed, which may be very disturbing, as you just described.

You have been active here 7 months with new merchants and casinos all over. That is what freeloading is.. The people here been helping for month should be able to tell their stories to wake up new ones who are struggling with those illegal casinos, and actually stop playing after that.


If it's bothering that someone explaining and trying to help each other, I suggest you to actually do this by your own, and leave this forum.

All addiction is important, and if someone can help one person here with their story, then all respect to them, not selfish guys who are complaining about some of the most active helping people here.


Paul and a lady (don't remember the name) have been helping out most people here, so ALL respect to them.

Just about time for me to get off the thread as well mate. I'll help who I'm helping just now and then that's it for me. I have ended up passing other Santeda stuff to someone else to deal with now so no real need for me to be on here. It's been a great learning experience for everyone but staying on this will only keep your mind focused on gambling and so much more to life!

Hey, you said you have information for Santeda I believe goldenbet is part of them, that is my biggest casino, followed by freshbet who I was convinced have the same support team because when I get responses from either of those two casinos, the emails come within minutes of each other and are almost word for word identical. I think I've sent them around 10 emails and each response is the same t&c generic bull. Except yesterday's one from goldenbet where they asked me to specify the restrictions of Gamstop and gamcare.

If you could pass me the information when you are ready that would be great. Thank you

I have offered to help with some merchants I have been successful with, however I am not exactly as clued up to this as some others on here and I have signed waivers with majority so have to be careful with what I actually say! Although I appreciate all the help offered here and will continue helping where I can

I said what people wanted to know then deleted them yes it is nice to get one up on them so I enjoyed it ! as for secrets I do not have any I have clearly explained on here what I did there was no magic or anything secret involved ! Ive put £7000 back in to the sites after about a year but I got over £50000 back so its not a train crash but it hurt

Anyone want a laugh? This is an actual reply to a Trustpilot post from September last year. They will even lie on there. This is the only casino I have literally never ever had one single response from in 7 months! Thankfully dealt with but be aware - do not play on this site ever.file

Did anyone had direct refund from artstrid? The keep asking for email, photos of cards and statements with my name and address. I just dont wanna give them that if they don’t refund.

They will refund instantly as soon as your bank notifies them of the chargeback. I have had 6 transactions with them across 3 different banks and it was instant every time
