We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Did you report to action fraud because they will send the information to the NCA who then will inform the international authorities IF need be also you can report them to the financial investigation authorities in their jurisdiction

That is my next step. I have reported them to financial institutions in their own countries but nothing. I have even sent emails directly to their owners after purchasing company reports and still they ignore me

Request a GDPR access request also under the European data protection laws they must adhere and acknowledge recipt of request and also provide you with the GDPR report within 1 month make it crystal clear if they fail to acknowledge or adhere to your request then you will report to the Authorities for breach of data protection laws and will pursue legal action against them .you can Google the dept for their jurisdiction who deal with the data protection laws and breaches address emails to CEOs directly as as pending Legal action.

Hey so for those people who have put it through as goods and services not received but mentioned gambling how did you go about description of goods on your claim? I have one more shot at it and then I'm advised it this fails that's it now.

Bytebloom is a odd one i am affraid i haven't had much luck with them so can't help you on that best thing to do is contact your bank to do chargeback as goods not received

So I’ve successfully raise webmosac with rbs and they have refunded straight away after sending them the emails over from me contacting them directly. They have said they don’t believe the company will contest it due to them not having any proof of purchases from myself. Only £243 but it’s better than nothing!

I explained it was a scam casino. I had contacted them & the payment provider. Sent over all emails I had and they have refunded straight away. I find it’s best to be honest with them & give them as much information as possible

I've been going back and forth since December with it so they know everything but they've been refusing because the disputes have been putting it through as fraud and it's being refused. So gone down this root but I don't know what they should put as description of goods do you know what your bank put?

Try to avoid claims for fraud when you have made the transaction as they check against IP addresses etc so that’s not the best way to go and can lead to your account being closed by the bank.

im not sure what they put down however I mentioned it was an online casino so it would have been digital goods I’m guessing. As long as you have the proof from the companies that you are getting no where with them it should be okay for you

Did you tell the bank about gambling? I tried but they refused to do chargeback as mastercard

Yeah I was upfront with them and they raised it for me after I explained the casino had blocked my account and were essentially a scam website
