Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I have sent a copy of my example email now to all who have asked. I am happy to assist but must reiterate please do not use the same format or repeat my message word for word as this will be so obvious if it goes to one of the casinos I have sent it to already (highly likely as the usual suspects). Sorry but I can’t keep sending it out. It has details in that can easily be found on this forum - the Guardian article, updates on Mastercard investigations, the request from Sky News and the usual information about MCC miscoding, lack of UK licence etc etc. You just need to put all the facts/evidence together and make your individual case which may or may not work. There is nothing in it that cannot be found on this forum.
