We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. SKINSMAGNATE

I want to share my experience with Coolzino Casino and their payment processor Skinsmagnate (Noxious Limited, UK Reg. No. 14657425) to warn others about fraudulent chargeback practices and misuse of Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) to bypass gambling restrictions.


I originally deposited funds into Coolzino Casino, but later realized they were using incorrect MCC codes to process payments, which allowed them to bypass my bank’s gambling block. Because of this, I requested a refund due to improper transaction processing. Coolzino Casino confirmed via email that they had processed a full refund, but I never received the full amount.


After waiting and seeing that my account was never credited for the full refund, I raised a chargeback with my bank under "Refund Not Received." I submitted clear evidence from Coolzino Casino showing that they confirmed the refund, yet my bank later denied my claim after receiving false documentation from Skinsmagnate, the third-party processor they used.


Skinsmagnate provided a fraudulent receipt, claiming that I had received goods or services. The receipt did not match my actual transactions, and the amounts listed were completely different from the amounts I disputed. Even worse, the address listed on the receipt was not even mine. Despite this clear discrepancy, my bank accepted Skinsmagnate’s documentation and closed my case without giving me a chance to respond.

yes they are same, and KTM transactions will get reversed back to your account as a refund, that what happened to mine when they refunded me

For everyone requesting contest of the post to be forwarded to them:

Guys I'm really sorry but every case it's different and on already different processing stage, I can not share one information to be used as it will eventually be misused and it might even end up in your being prosecuted over breaking laws in country you are. If it would be that simple I would do it but can not take responsibility of it.

As suggestion for everyone involved I can just mention that it's not worth to waste your time going after merchants on the statements. You need to stop assuming it's "you vs fraud casino" situation but more likely "you vs bank" and then "bank vs fraud casino" and that is the easiest way to proceed, believe you won't get warm welcome from any bank, after all as they will always assume at the start that "you lost money gambling and you are trying to get them back" but eventually they will be obligated to help you and they will because they have right to get this payments back and won't have to pay you with their money however they have very much to loose if they won't get involved and take some kind of actions.

I would love to help you all believe me but can not do it using the forum as I could mislead others that already taken some actions or for example made payments via bank transfer not the debit/credit card which it's bit more challenging but still can be taken care of. I can not also share my email as I would end up helping you 24/7 and can not afford spending that much time.
