We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I dont inderstand why some advise to add casino in cc.


If you end up filing a chargeback afterwards and send that particular mail with the casino in the cc it is likely that the bank will reject it.


Simply as casino transaction cannot be processed for chargebacks(whether the merchant is miscoding or not)



Even when I have raised chargebacks and the casino send me mails after a few days asking about the issue I ignore them. Thats also the reason I won every single chargeback I ever had to file against them.

När jag kontaktade dom så svarade dom att dom inte gör återbetalningar till privatpersoner och att jag istället måste gå genom min bank för att göra chargeback

Okej. Kanske var casinot som återbetalade då, men var alla transaktioner från just faramp som blev återbetalda.


Ska försöka luska ut om det var Mobilum eller Leon Casino som gjorde återbetalningen
