Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I know bro! Its horrible isn't it. I had 7grand in my bank 6 weeks ago now I have 200. I'm hoping I can get by this month or the partner will be asking questions! Horrible stuff. Its the guilt and self worth. S**ts horrible! If you need any advice or want to try work through some sites together let me know my email is above.

I have just put in for mine 😊 Any company in UK that you have any interaction with that holds any data on you must by law give it to you up on request. My son deals with all this sort of stuff so he keeps me savy lol.I think also the bank is partly to blame and should have extra security messures I had international blocks on my account and gambling blocks but bank still allowed payments to go through as international payments even though they where UK companies that's how they miscoded and got around it

Thank you!! One day at a time. Surely the bank will see all my transactions and hopefully understand. I have already contacted the ombudsman the other day so let's see how that goes.

They may. They may be interested in the banks failure to help, they will be interested in companies such as grotobook, mydates, platinum and any other ones on UK soil! I know someone who within politics and I'm leaning towards informing them of whats gone on. Wondering where it could lead

Who do you bank with? What did you put as the dispute? I'm no longer able to chargeback myself id have to phone the bank.

I know what you mean, I recently got diagnosed with the big C and had no one to turn too. I had gambiling blocks on my account and international payments on my account. I also suffer from mental health issues as I am also still recovering from encephalitis and menegitis that I had a few years back. Which totally turned my life upside down. I turned to gambiling as a means to escape to stop me thinking of the issue. When I knew it was getting out of control I emailed the site and told them the problem and to close my account. They ignored the request and allowed me to make £1400 deposit in 24hr and play continuously in that period. Whilst playing in that period I only ever play 1 game big bass splash keeping it reel. So I know game well. I was getting total dead spins no bonus nothing over £700 gone so I decided to come out of game when I did I wasn't even logged into site when I logged back onto game the payouts where 35p 14p 70p nothing more. They took duplicate deposits from my account within minutes. The site was taken down by Google and Ukgc. They have my money and keep ignoring me I even had some aggressive guy call me telling me they where legal and had a licence in UK and I needed to send the Google take down proof and UK gambling licence proof they only have a company registered in Costa Rica which means nothing as they don't have any licence laws. Now I keep getting text to join sites from same network and to come back to them WT😣 doing my nut in
