Imam zahtev za dva povlačenja 20.01.2025. u kazinu Vazamba. Trebalo bi da bude obrađeno za 3 dana, danas 29/01/2025 i dalje u istom statusu, nije pregledano, nije obrađeno.
Pokušao sam nekoliko puta da razgovaram sa podrškom, ali je šabot i kaže:
„Izvinjavam se zbog neprijatnosti izazvanih dugim odlaganjem povlačenja. Razumemo uticaj koji je ovo imalo na vas i želimo da vas uverimo da su me, u skladu sa proverom odeljenja za finansije, obavestili da aktivno rade na isplati sredstava kao što je pre moguće, vaše povratne informacije su od neprocenjive vrednosti i cenimo vaše strpljenje.
Uveravam vas, još jednom su obavešteni sa moje strane i rade na tome da se to što pre procesuira".
Ne postoji osoba za kontakt, postoji nekoliko osoba koje prijavljuju ovakve probleme sa Vazambom.

I have tryed several times talk with support but is a chabot, saying:

I can reassure you, they have been informed once again from my side, and they are working on processing it as soonest."
There is no person to contact, there is several person report these kind of issues with Wazamba.
