As for your question - there were no withdrawable winnings on the previous accounts, so there was no possibility to find out the casino does not pay. However, upon your withdrawal request and verification process, the casino then figured out a justified reason not to pay your winnings.
The data is clear, and the situation was explained in my previous post. After gathering all the necessary information, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple accounts use and bonus offer abuse. Each player is allowed to have only 1 account in the casino, and only 1 bonus per player is permitted. In this case, apart from multiple accounts registered in the casino, which is strictly forbidden, the same no-deposit bonus was used on all connected accounts. Moreover, there were no signs of deposits or real money play. Therefore, we accept the casino's decision. The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions.
