Hello, I've been trying to change my account number since September 1st, 2025. I submitted all the required documents and then received an email from Mr. Green confirming that my details had been changed. I made a deposit and wanted to withdraw my winnings, but unfortunately, the old account number is still not saved. I've contacted customer service countless times to resolve this issue. I'm always told it will take 24 to 48 hours for the change to be processed. Unfortunately, nothing happens. I'm very angry. I'm depositing from the account that Mr. Green claims was verified, but to no avail. If they don't fix this, I'll delete my account because playing is no fun at all.

Hallo, ich versuche seit 01.09.25 meine Kontonummer zu ändern. Habe alle benötigen Dokumente eingereicht, danach eine Mail erhalten von Mr.Green das nun meine Daten geändert wurden. Ich habe danach eingezahlt, wollte meine Gewinne auszahlen lassen aber leider ist immer nicht die alte Kontonummer gespeichert. Mit dem Kundenservice habe ich bereits X-mal versucht das Problem zu lösen. Ich werde immer auf 24 bis 48 Stunden vertröstet bis die Änderung vorgenommen wird. Leider passiert nicht. Ich bin sehr wütend. Ich zahle von dem Konto ein von dem ich es laut Mr. Green verifiziert wurde, aber vergebens. Wenn sie das nicht machen dann würde ich mein Konto löschen, denn das Spielen macht so keinen Spass.
