I have played mostly live casino games and there I Have lost more than 900 euros and i have never made profit from this casino.

2. They deducted my withdrawals and mentioned that I have not used this gambling account for genuine purpose and below that they sent account is verified and you can continue using marathonbet.

I have never accumulated any winning from bonuses and if I have accumulated winnings then my balance would have been in positive not loosing 900 euros and if I dont care and they have right to uplift the bonus that they can do and i never complain but I have not even won single ruppe from the bonus and how can they say that I hVe used this gambling account for genuine purpose.

Yes I have asked for closure of account, but I have never used there bonuses and what right they have to deduct my withdrawal of 25k and use that as processing fees and this is really shambolic from them.. I have reached out to customer support and they asked me to send me id proof and address proof to share and i have shared with them and later they sent me one form and asked me to fill details, I asked them to unblock my acccount and share me details transaction history, gaming history from marathonbet.

I got updste from them that they are investigating my concern and reach out to me soon, it's been 4 days i didn't get any update.

This clearly shows how negligible this casino is, but it is faster in robbing customers money.
