Hello, yesterday I deposited €25 at the Jokerstar casino and got 35 free spins. I then won €619 with my €25. I then wanted to withdraw but had to play my free spins first. I then won €11 and I then canceled these €11, but they then debited the entire money from me instead of the €11 that I won from the free spins.
