I would like to clarify one important point regarding the additional accounts mentioned by the casino. You stated that you personally created only your current account, and that the other accounts were created by your ex-partner because they used her phone number. However, both of those accounts were registered using your own email addresses.
In order for someone else to create an account with your email, they would have needed access to that email inbox to complete the verification process and receive communication from the casino. This makes it difficult to understand how these accounts could have been created independently of you.
For us to evaluate the case fairly and determine whether the casino acted correctly, we need a clear and consistent explanation of the following:
- How could another person create casino accounts using your email addresses?
- Did your ex-partner ever have access to your email accounts or passwords?
- Were these accounts ever used by you at any point, even briefly?
Please understand that clarity is essential. If multiple accounts were knowingly created or used by the same person, the casino’s duplicate-account action may be justified. If not, we need to establish strong evidence to support your claim.
