Želeli bismo detaljno da razjasnimo situaciju kako biste oboje imali potpunu i tačnu sliku.
Pre svega, nalog je blokiran u skladu sa odeljkom 17.3 (pododeljci 1-3) naših Uslova i odredbi, koji nam omogućavaju da:
- obavestiti korisnika o kršenju pravila;
- suspendovati nalog;
- ili zatvoriti račun sa ili bez prethodne najave,
u slučajevima kada su prekršena pravila veb stranice.
U ovoj situaciji, kršenja su bila direktno povezana sa odeljkom 8.7 i odeljkom 8.12 Uslova:
- Član 8.7 jasno navodi da uplatom sredstava korisnik pristaje da neće pokretati ili pokušavati povraćaj sredstava i da mora nadoknaditi sve gubitke nastale takvim radnjama.
- Član 8.12 zahteva da svi depoziti moraju biti potvrđeni, obrađeni i da se ne smeju vraćati pre nego što se povlačenje može obraditi.
Pošto je korisnik pokrenuo zahtev za povraćaj sredstava, ovo samo po sebi predstavlja direktno kršenje ovih pravila.
Pored toga, želeli bismo da naglasimo važnu činjenicu za potpunu transparentnost:
Korisnik je imao samo jedan depozit na računu - i taj depozit mu je vraćen putem povraćaja sredstava.
Stoga, tvrdnja da smo „uzeli" ili „ukrali" sredstva nije tačna. Korisnik je već povratio jedini iznos koji je ikada deponovan, a mi nismo uklonili niti zadržali nikakva dodatna sredstva. Iz tog razloga, izjava o gubitku od 130.000 forinti (340 evra) ne odražava stvarno stanje ili istoriju transakcija na računu.
U potpunosti razumemo da zatvaranje računa i gubitak sredstava uvek moraju biti pažljivo procenjeni. Međutim, u ovom slučaju gubitak sredstava se ne primenjuje, jer nije bilo dodatnih verifikovanih sredstava na računu nakon povraćaja sredstava. Postojao je samo vraćeni depozit.
Cenimo vaš uravnotežen pristup i potvrđujemo da je situacija temeljno razmotrena pre nego što je preduzeta bilo kakva akcija. Odluka se zasniva isključivo na dokumentovanim kršenjima pravila, a ne na subjektivnoj proceni.
Na kraju, želimo da naglasimo da poslujemo legalno, u potpunosti se pridržavamo svih regulatornih zahteva i posedujemo zvaničnu licencu. Sve odluke se donose u skladu sa Uslovima korišćenja platforme, sa kojima se korisnici slažu prilikom registracije.

We would like to clarify the situation in detail so that you both have a full and accurate picture.
First of all, the account was blocked in accordance with Section 17.3 (subsections 1-3) of our Terms and Conditions, which allow us to:
- notify a user about a violation;
- suspend the account;
- or close the account with or without prior notice,
in cases where the rules of the website are breached.
In this situation, the violations were directly related to Section 8.7 and Section 8.12 of the Terms:
- 8.7 clearly states that by depositing funds, a user agrees not to initiate or attempt a chargeback, and must reimburse any losses caused by such actions.
- 8.12 requires that all deposits must be confirmed, cleared, and not charged back before a withdrawal can be processed.
Since the user initiated a chargeback, this alone constitutes a direct breach of these rules.
Additionally, we would like to emphasize an important fact for full transparency:
The user had only one deposit on the account - and that deposit was returned back to them through the chargeback.
Therefore, the claim that we "took" or "stole" funds is not accurate. The user has already recovered the only amount ever deposited, and no additional funds were removed or withheld by us. For this reason, the statement about losing 130,000 HUF (340 EUR) does not reflect the actual balance or transaction history on the account.
We fully understand the point that account closure and balance forfeiture must always be evaluated carefully. In this case, however, the forfeiture does not apply, because there were no additional verified funds remaining on the account after the chargeback. Only the refunded deposit existed.
We appreciate your balanced approach, and we confirm that the situation was reviewed thoroughly before any action was taken. The decision is based strictly on documented rule violations, not on subjective judgment.
Finally, we want to stress that we operate legally, fully comply with all regulatory requirements, and hold an official license. All decisions are made in accordance with the platform’s Terms and Conditions, which users agree to during registration.
