Pre nekoliko dana sam osvojio nešto više od 1.000 dolara od uobičajene igre koristeći svoja sopstvena uplaćena sredstva (ukupno oko 150 dolara). Nikada nisam aktivirao niti tražio nikakve bonuse — sva moja igra je bila isključivo mojim sopstvenim novcem.
Kada sam pokušao da podignem novac, moje isplate su iznenada bile onemogućene. Kontaktirao sam ćaskanje uživo i obavešten sam da treba da završim KYC proveru. I am experiencing an issue with Gamdom and I would appreciate assistance or feedback from the community.
A few days ago, I won a bit over $1,000 from normal gameplay using my own deposited funds (around $150 total). I never activated or claimed any bonuses — all my play was done strictly with my own money.
When I attempted to withdraw, my withdrawals were suddenly disabled. I contacted live chat and was informed that I needed to complete KYC. I was ready to do that, but I encountered a strange problem: although "Greece" is available when depositing, it does NOT appear in the KYC country list. Since the website even offers a full Greek language interface, I naturally expected Greece to be supported.
The live chat agent told me that Greece is currently not available for verification and instructed me to choose another available country. I followed the agent’s instructions exactly.
I also want to clarify something: at some point in the past, I had created an account on Gamdom, but I genuinely could not remember the login details or even the email associated with it. I had no way to access or recover that older account. So I created a new one in good faith, purely to continue using the platform normally. I had no intention of breaking any rules — and as I mentioned, I played only with my own deposited funds and did not use any bonuses.
After completing the KYC, I received an email saying my verification is now under review and may take from 24 hours up to a few business days. Since then, nothing has changed: withdrawals are still disabled and I have not received any clear update.
At the same time, several friends of mine use Gamdom regularly, make deposits and withdrawals frequently, and have never been asked for any additional verification. This makes the situation even more confusing.
Currently:
- My withdrawals remain locked
- My account is waiting for verification review
- Support has not provided a clear timeframe
- Due to personal obligations, I cannot wait many days without information
I have followed every instruction support has given me and acted honestly throughout the process. I am simply asking for clarity and a reasonable timeframe for resolving this matter.
