Zatražio sam isplatu iz Energy Casino-a dana [09.08.2025].
Prema njihovim uslovima, povlačenja sredstava treba da budu odobrena u roku od 3 radna dana.
Danas je ovaj period već istekao, ali moja uplata još uvek nije obrađena.
Korisnička podrška me je više puta obaveštavala o „tehničkim problemima" na strani obrade plaćanja. Međutim, nije dato konkretno objašnjenje niti rok, već samo odgovori u obliku kopija i lepljenja.
Već sam podneo žalbu Malteškoj upravi za igre na sreću (MGA) u vezi sa ovim pitanjem.
Do sada, sredstva su ostala na mom računu, a kazino mi i dalje šalje promotivne imejlove za uplatu još.
Na osnovu mog iskustva, ne mogu nikome preporučiti ovaj kazino dok ne reše ova ozbiljna kašnjenja u plaćanju.

According to their own terms, withdrawals should be approved within 3 working days.
Today this period has already expired, yet my payment is still not processed.
The customer support repeatedly informed me about "technical issues" on the payment processing side. However, there was no concrete explanation or deadline given, only copy–paste responses.
I have already filed a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) regarding this matter.
Until now, the funds remain pending in my account and the casino is still sending me promotional emails to deposit more.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone until they resolve these serious payment delays.
