As I wrote directly, I'd like to reiterate here: I became aware of this casino through a streamer. The streamer's homepage advertised a bonus with a maximum payout of ten times the deposit. To be sure, I also did some research here in the forum. I found a post from August 13, 2025, in which the casino itself (user "CORGIBET") confirmed these bonus terms and conditions – specifically, that the maximum payout for the bonus is limited to ten times the deposit. The response at that time was sent to a user named Markus.

I then deposited €50 and received a bonus of €62.50. The required wagering requirement was 35x, or €2,187, which I fully met. After completing the wagering, I had approximately €900 in my player account.

But suddenly, my balance was reduced to €312 – with the explanation that the maximum withdrawal was supposedly only five times the deposit!

When I pointed out the previous statements and public information, I was simply told that it was 5x and that they wouldn't discuss it with me. No attempt at clarification, no concessions – instead, I was dismissed with the statement:

"What do you expect? That we'll change all the terms and conditions for you now?"

I was even told not to believe the streamer or Trustpilot, but to take the time to read the terms and conditions myself every time.

I even asked the casino for a compromise, but this suggestion was also immediately rejected.

Conclusion:

I'm disappointed. My impression is that the bonus terms and conditions are being changed arbitrarily and retroactively. How is a player supposed to build trust when key rules seem to change monthly? I adhered to publicly confirmed statements, and yet I was still penalized.

I can only advise everyone to exercise extreme caution when playing with this casino. This kind of treatment of players is unacceptable to me. It's a shame that there are fewer and fewer trustworthy providers.

Die Antwort damals ging an einen Nutzer namens Markus.

Daraufhin habe ich 50 € eingezahlt und einen Bonus von 62,50 € erhalten. Der erforderliche Umsatz (Wager) lag bei 35x, also 2.187 € – was ich auch vollständig erfüllt habe. Nach Abschluss des Wagers hatte ich rund 900 € auf dem Spielerkonto.

Doch plötzlich wurde mein Guthaben auf 312 € reduziert – mit der Begründung, dass die maximale Auszahlung angeblich nur das Fünffache der Einzahlung beträgt!

Als ich auf die vorherigen Aussagen und öffentlichen Informationen hingewiesen habe, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, dass es eben 5x sei und man nicht mit mir diskutieren werde. Kein Versuch einer Klärung, kein Entgegenkommen – stattdessen wurde ich abgewiesen mit der Aussage:

„Was erwarten Sie? Dass wir jetzt die ganzen AGBs für Sie ändern?"

Man sagte mir sogar, ich solle weder dem Streamer noch Trustpilot glauben, sondern mir die Zeit nehmen, die AGBs jedes Mal selbst zu lesen.

Ich habe das Casino sogar um einen Kompromiss gebeten, aber auch dieser Vorschlag wurde direkt abgelehnt.

Fazit:

Ich bin enttäuscht. Mein Eindruck ist, dass die Bonusbedingungen willkürlich und nachträglich geändert werden. Wie soll ein Spieler Vertrauen aufbauen, wenn sich zentrale Regeln monatlich zu ändern scheinen? Ich hatte mich an öffentlich bestätigte Aussagen gehalten und wurde dennoch bestraft.

Ich kann jedem nur raten, äußerste Vorsicht walten zu lassen, wenn man mit diesem Casino spielt. Solch ein Umgang mit Spielern ist für mich nicht tragbar. Schade, dass es immer weniger vertrauenswürdige Anbieter gibt.

Your own employee also confirms that 10x turnover generally applies – however, in my case, only 5x was applied. Furthermore, after thorough review by an independent body, my view was confirmed (see also the appendix), not yours. Therefore, I consider it inappropriate and unfounded to describe the statements you made as "false" or even "harmful."

Diese Information wurde auch anderen Spielern gegenüber so bestätigt (siehe Anhang).

Zwar wird in Punkt 3.26 der AGB das 5-fache genannt, jedoch folgt unmittelbar in Punkt 3.27 die Angabe des 10-fachen Umsatzes. Auch Ihr eigener Mitarbeiter bestätigt, dass in der Regel ein 10-facher Umsatz gilt – in meinem Fall jedoch nur ein 5-facher angesetzt wurde. Hier stellt sich für mich die Frage, nach welchen Kriterien entschieden wird, ob 5x oder 10x zur Anwendung kommt. Eine klare und transparente Regelung scheint hier zu fehlen.

Darüber hinaus wurde meine Sichtweise nach eingehender Prüfung durch eine unabhängige Stelle bestätigt (siehe ebenfalls Anhang), nicht Ihre. Die von Ihnen gemachten Aussagen als "falsch" oder gar "schädlich" zu bezeichnen, halte ich daher für unangemessen und unbegründet.

According to rule 3.25 of the bonus terms and conditions, the maximum winnings from a bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount received. Winnings exceeding this limit will be adjusted accordingly.

Rule 3.27 also clearly states that the calculation is ten times the amount – no less and no differently.

Despite several reminders via email (five in total), I haven't received a fair and objective response yet. I'm not demanding special treatment—I just want them to adhere to their own terms.
