Aktivan sam korisnik CBet-a od 2023. godine i uplatio sam značajne iznose sredstava putem USDC-a (Binance). Nedavno sam zatražio isplatu, ali je moj nalog više puta bio blokiran 72 sata.
Kasnije me je podrška CBet-a obavestila da moram da završim promet od 18.000 evra. Uspešno sam ispunio ovaj zahtev, ali moj zahtev za isplatu je i dalje blokiran i prikazuje poruku „Akcija blokirana".
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku i kreirao zahteve, ali nisam dobio nikakvo jasno objašnjenje niti vremenski okvir za isplatu mojih sredstava.

I have been an active CBet customer since 2023 and have deposited significant amounts of funds via USDC (Binance). Recently, I requested a withdrawal, but my account was repeatedly blocked for 72 hours.
Later, CBet support informed me that I needed to complete €18,000 in turnover. I successfully completed this requirement, yet my withdrawal request is still blocked and shows the message "Action Blocked."
I have contacted support multiple times and created tickets, but I have not received any clear explanation or timeline for the release of my funds.
