Ja sam dugogodišnji korisnik Bovade sa dokumentovanom istorijom depozita i uspešnih isplata koristeći kriptovalute. Moj nalog je prethodno verifikovan.
Sporni dobici su ostvareni bez ikakvih bonusa ili promotivnih sredstava. Igra je u potpunosti finansirana redovnim depozitom / transferom igrača.
U vreme blokade, moj saldo je bio približno 45.000 dolara i otkazao sam isplatu dodatnih 9.500 dolara koja je bila na čekanju. Od tog datuma, Bovada nije pružio pisani razlog za blokadu računa niti vremenski okvir za rešavanje stanja. Poslao sam nekoliko imejlova i vodio nekoliko razgovora pokušavajući da dobijem odgovore, ali nisam dobio nikakve odgovore.

I am a long-term Bovada customer with a documented history of deposits and successful withdrawals using crypto. My account was previously verified.
The winnings in dispute were generated without any bonus or promotional funds. The play was funded entirely by a regular deposit / player transfer.
At the time of the lock, my balance was approximately $45,000 and canceled a withdrawl that was pending for an additional $9,500. Since that date, Bovada has not provided a written reason for the account lock or a timeline for resolving the balance. I've sent several emails and had a few chats trying to get answers and I have not received any answers.
Bovada allowed extended play, accepted deposits, and approved withdrawals in the past, and only took action once a large balance accrued.

Release of the balance, or
A documented explanation citing specific terms violated
