Despite submitting previous complaints and reviews through trustpilot and via email and directly to Betchan, the casino continues to ignore or deflect my concerns. I have been repeatedly instructed to use live chat, but their support then tells me to send emails instead. When I follow up via email, my messages are either ignored or bounce back.
More alarmingly, Betchan has provided me with what appear to be fake or non-functional email addresses, including:

I kindly request that Casino Guru escalate this matter urgently, investigate Betchan’s complaint handling procedures, and take appropriate action based on their failure to provide adequate customer support or a genuine complaint resolution channel.
It comes across to me, that they just want to look good for the public but in reality they do not care at ALL. They have such nice words like: "Hello Lars, We have read your review and are treating the points you have raised with the utmost seriousness. We sincerely apologize for the financial distress you are experiencing and for our complete failure to respond to your refund requests. This is not the standard of accountability we strive for.
It is unacceptable that we have not addressed this properly, and we want to rectify this immediately. Your case has been escalated for a full internal review by our senior management.
To ensure we can provide a definitive response to your formal demand, please forward your case details directly to our complaints officer at [email protected]. This channel is monitored by our compliance team to handle complex and legal disputes, ensuring your claim is reviewed outside of standard support queues."
