For me, it’s how much dealer personality actually matters.

Some are chill and slow, some are chaotic energy, some look like they haven’t slept in three days.

Makes a way bigger difference than I expected.

What surprised you?

Interesting question. What is it for you, but what is the difference? Which dealers do you feel most comfortable with? 

I don't play much in casinos, so my observations are probably not relevant. 

But if I take what you say into account, I probably like the first type best. Someone who knows how to joke around, isn't always serious, laughs, and so on. 🙂
