Imao sam potpuno isti problem sa kazinom sa sedištem na Kurasau. Trenutno pokušavam da vratim svoja sredstva preko advokata i apsolutno sam spreman da idem do kraja sa njima - da ih izložim štampi, da podnesem tužbu - jer je ovo čista prevara.
Čak sam više puta putem ćaskanja naznačio da sam ranjiv, ali su mi i dalje dozvoljavali da uplaćujem neograničene depozite, dok su, imajte na umu, ograničavali isplate.
Molim vas, recite mi i kako mogu da postupim sa bankom ako pomirenje ne uspe i ne dobijem sve svoje depozite nazad.

i have had the exact same issue with a Curacao based casino. I am in the process of trying to get my funds back through a lawyer and i am absolutely ready to go all the way with them - exposing them to the press, filing. a lawsuit- as this is pure scam.
I have even indicated multiple times via chat that i was vulnerable yet they kept allowing me to make unlimited deposits while, mind you they were limiting withdrawals.
Please let me know also how i could proceed with the bank if the conciliation fails and i do not get all my deposits back.
