BF Games CEO Wiktor Grabarczyk

Wiktor Grabarczyk took the reins at BF Games several months ago, and he has been actively looking to steer the company towards new opportunities. Joining in 2016, Grabarczyk now steps in at the helm of a company that is considered an established supplier with an ambitious roadmap. Competing in the saturated European iGaming market through differentiation, the executive walks us through the company’s future plans that focus on the North American market and the supplier’s ambitions for both Canada and the United States, as BF Games continues to strive and serve its audiences well.

Q: Wiktor, you are taking the helm of one of the most prominent and well-established iGaming suppliers in the industry. Do you feel the weight of your responsibility already, or are you rather excited about the opportunity to write a new chapter in the company's history?

It’s an honour to be promoted to CEO after first joining BF Games back in 2016, when it was still very much a growing supplier. BF Games is now well-established in key markets across Europe and as I step into this new role, we are in the middle of a period of expansion, with our sights set on North American markets, such as Ontario, where we obtained our supplier licence from the AGCO in February. We will continue to seek local licensed operators to partner with in the province and this will play a crucial part in our business strategy.

The role is a huge responsibility because I want to see BF Games continue to thrive and this time, I’ll be at the helm of the ship. It’s a company I love and plan to grasp any exciting opportunities that come our way – with an incredible team alongside me.

Q: BF Games has released more than 80 games so far. You contributed to more than 40 games. What is next for the supplier under your stewardship?

In the coming future, we're all about expansion into the North American markets. Right now, we've got a bunch of awesome games that are a perfect fit for that area. The American gaming scene is different to Europe, with its own set of quirks and preferences. That's why we're putting in the work to create games that are a perfect match for American players.

New markets are exciting, but we're not forgetting about our core markets. As such, we are also actively engaged in crafting games that cater to the unique preferences of regions like the Balkans.

Q: What are the main challenges in moving forward for BF Games? Does it have to do with in-house innovation, pace of production, or scouting out new market opportunities?

In the future, we will make sure to keep delivering the high-quality content our players love, while introducing new innovative features to stay ahead of the competition. The European iGaming sector is quite saturated so it’s essential to constantly develop and be a trendsetter to stand out. Players are always at the centre of our games development so we will continue to invest a huge number of resources in that area, which has paid off as we have been shortlisted for a number of awards this year.

BF Games have never shied away from ambitious plans and after establishing ourselves as one of the leading European slot suppliers, we now have our sights set on North America, where we hope to enter several new markets over the coming 12 months.

Q: BF Games has been able to strengthen its presence in both Europe and North America. Are you going to remain committed to these two regions specifically or are there plans for expansion well beyond these two stomping grounds?

We are currently live in more than 40 countries and last month we were hugely proud to further our reach in Belgium with PepperMill Casino. We are now looking across the pond for commercial growth opportunities and have our sights set on a number of markets in North America.

We must be considerate and make sure to comply with the individual regulations of each market as well as ensure we are in a position to serve the audience well. While I see no reason why we should limit ourselves in terms of expansion, a measured approach is needed.
