Dmitry Volkov, NuxGame

We spoke to Dmitry Volkov, CRO and Business Development at NuxGame, about the company’s recent partnerships, the evolution of their platform and what exciting plans they have in store for the remainder of the year. Volkov speaks about the importance of diversified libraries in overall operator strategies and how the company has been picking up momentum over the years.

NuxGame has kept its hand on the beating pulse of the industry, building exciting, fresh, and innovative community-driven experiences to bring players and partner operators the best possible products. With more exciting features, including platform-wide tournaments in the pipeline, NuxGame has plenty of great things happening over the next months.

Q: At NuxGame, you have been building up your content offer for a while now. Your most recent deal with ZeusPlay is just one in a string of similar partnerships. How important is it for your business to provide clients with a diversified iGaming library?

Diversifying an iGaming library is crucial for a company like NuxGame. In doing so, we can cater to a wide range of player preferences which underpins our commitment to our clients to help drive revenue and growth. Expanding the breadth of content we provide also gives NuxGame a competitive edge in a dynamic iGaming market and allows us to position ourselves as an industry leader by continuously updating our offering with popular providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and more emerging developers.

Furthermore, a diversified library acts as a risk management strategy. If a specific game or developer faces issues such as a drop in popularity, having a vast and varied library ensures there are always other engaging options available.

Lastly, it infuses a sense of freshness and innovation into the platform which increases player retention and engagement rates. Partnerships with game developers like ZeusPlay are calculated steps for NuxGame to both enrich customer experience and bolster its standing in the competitive iGaming landscape.

Q: NuxGame has been providing the infrastructure for casino operators and brands for many years now. How has your product offering grown since you first started?

Typical of companies in the iGaming space, NuxGame has undergone significant expansion over the years. Initially, our focus was on delivering basic infrastructure for casino games and sportsbook. However, as time passed, we responded to the evolving market needs by diversifying our offerings. Today, our product range includes a variety of game types, live dealer content, features for sports betting and additional betting options as well as impressive crypto solutions.

Driven by the dynamic nature of the market, we constantly look to enhance our products and solutions. Our platform has matured into a comprehensive tool, providing 360-degree coverage of all iGaming operator requirements. This includes not just the games themselves, but also the marketing tools needed to successfully operate in the iGaming industry.

Q: What have been some of the most innovative changes introduced to your platform over the past two years?

NuxGame is striving for excellence and aims to provide an unmatched service to our clients, which means constantly looking at ways we can upgrade and enhance our services. A focal point for NuxGame in recent years has been player loyalty and client retention. Recent developments include our robust Loyalty System, which heightens engagements by incentivising repeated play on an operator's platform. As well as this, we also have a new Player Versus Player Battle Feature, that enables players to compete against one another, fostering a competitive and community-driven environment.

NuxGame’s Agent System includes a flexible calculation solution that offers sophisticated interactions between agents and the platform with efficient and versatile calculating and reporting. Lastly, our Casino Customized setting allows operators to tailor the gaming experience to players’ specific needs and preferences, which is important given today’s varied player profile.

Q: We have seen more cryptocurrency solutions and related products to be featured as part of the NuxGame platform. How important have those become to your clients?

At NuxGame we want to offer a service that stays ahead of the tech curve to ensure our clients are prepared for new opportunities and positioned to capitalize on them. In recent years this has been driven by the uptake of cryptocurrency as a payment option in casinos. We have been focusing on future-proofing payment capabilities to account for this, as seen in our Multi-Balance and In-Game Convertor. By empowering players to seamlessly convert between different in-game currencies, it enhances the user experience and facilitates smoother gameplay whilst preventing barriers to entry for players. Fundamentally this has ensured higher acquisition rates for clients.

Our Web3 Casino platforms come equipped with an integrated crypto purchase feature. Players can effortlessly buy crypto using their credit cards, and the acquired amount is directly topped up to their platform deposit address. This seamless integration bypasses the need for multiple wallet addresses, enhancing the user experience and offering operators a more streamlined and efficient system.

Q: What is next for NuxGame over the coming months in the second half of the year?

We have a lot of exciting updates and launches in the pipeline for the remained of the year. We’ll be introducing platform-wide tournaments, offering various ways to participate with innovative payout structures. These tournaments aim to create a sense of competition and great engagement among players. We’ll also be consolidating our Loyalty Program which will include a constructor for customized engagement, conversion optimization, staking options, achievements, challenges, lost boxes and even a marketplace for NFTs.

Another major upcoming update is to our Content Management System, empowering operators to have more control of the content they provide. Artificial Intelligence is also proving to be a useful tool in the industry, and we’ll be using it in our Data Analytics to enable more precise and actionable insights, assisting operators in decision-making and strategy developments.

Beyond these key initiatives, we're continuously working on enhancements and new features that will keep our platform at the forefront of innovation. Our focus remains on delivering value to our operators and players, and these upcoming changes reflect our commitment to staying ahead of the industry's needs and expectations.
