One fortunate woman will no longer have to pay her mortgage after scoring a six-figure lottery win.

The lucky player's winning entry was purchased at Nextra Warner, Warner Village Shopping Centre, Shop 14 on 353 Samsonvale Road in Warner.

To the surprise of the player, the AU$20 scratch-off ticket brought her a life-changing AU$250,000 ($181,100) prize.

The owner of the shop that sold the winning ticket, Russell Went, said in an interview with an official from The Lott that it is exciting to see a local woman score such a large lottery win.

"It’s fantastic! We love to see a big winner come from our outlet," Went said.

Moreover, the outlet's owner admitted that players at Nextra Warner have won several major prizes over the years.

According to Went, the largest prize to date won at Nextra Warner is AU$750,000 from Saturday Gold Lotto.

Last but not least, the shop owner congratulated the winner on their life-changing lottery windfall.

Certainly, the winner started to calm down after visiting The Lott's Head Office to claim her newfound fortune.
