Wind Creek inks multi-year deal with Chicago Bulls

The Gaming Authority of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, Wind Creek Hospitality, announced a new collaboration last week. The company revealed it joined forces with the Chicago Bulls, the famous American professional basketball team.

Under the terms of the new multi-year deal, Wind Creek Chicago Southland was designed as the NBA team's Official Casino. The new collaboration will bring exciting in-game promotions. What's more, the duo vowed to deliver entertaining activations and events for sports fans.

In a statement released on November 17, 2022, Mark Levitt, Chicago Bulls' Vice President of Business Development, said: "We are excited to partner with Wind Creek over the next few seasons to bring fans new in-arena competitions, social content and sweepstakes."

He explained that the new collaboration complements the Bulls' efforts to offer unique gameday experiences for its fans, via digital platforms or at the United Center, the famous indoor arena and home of the Chicago Bulls located in Chicago, Illinois.

Wind Creek will benefit from the new collaboration via in-stadium signage at the United Center. What's more, the company's logo will be visible via TV broadcasts as well. The recent collaboration promises to announce further fan engagement activations soon.

Brent Pinkston, the Chief Operating Officer of Wind Creek Hospitality, Wind Creek Chicago Southland Casino and Resort's parent company, added: "As a new brand coming to the Chicagoland market, we believed it was important to establish a name for ourselves and a level of credibility with the local market as quickly as possible."

He explained that the company is a native of the region which makes the new multi-year partnership with the Chicago Bulls the perfect fit. Pinkston added that the under the new deal, Wind Creek will be able to deliver unique experiences for one of the most passionate fan bases in sports. Finally, he said that the collaboration allows the company to "enter the market with a huge voice."

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians is the sole federally recognized Indian Tribe in Alabama. Via its authority, Wind Creek Hospitality, the Tribe manages multiple gaming venues such as Wind Creek Atmore, Wind Creek Aruba, Wind Creek Bethlehem and Wind Creek Curacao, among others.

Back in 2015, Wind Creek was named one of the "Top 10 Best Places to Work" by the Casino Journal magazine. Currently, the company employs nearly 4,000 team members within different gaming locations in Alabama, Aruba, as well as Nevada.
