IGT has announced it entered into an agreement to supply its industry-leading casino management system (CMS), powering the operations of the luxury gaming and hospitality casino resort in San Jacinto, California, Soboba Casino Resort.

IGT’s casino management system offers a range of benefits

Details regarding the new alliance emerged earlier this week, with IGT confirming that the go-to casino resort will tap into a range of benefits thanks to its IGT ADVANTAGE X CMS.

The latest collaboration between Soboba Casino Resort and IGT follows a competitive bidding process.

Besides deploying IGT ADVANTAGE X, the San Jacinto casino resort is going to benefit from IGT’s leading Service Window gaming experience, powered by its M5 solution.

Sonora Casino Resort will unlock further benefits with the Lucky Coin Bonus and the Taxable Accrual module, enabling automation and streamlining jackpot hand pays, a press release by IGT confirms.

While the casino resort will access IGT’s CMS, it will also continue to use Everi FinTech, ensuring players benefit from seamless experiences.

The new agreement boosts player engagement, offers operational efficiencies

Hector Fernandez, IGT’s CEO, spoke about the importance of the new alliance.

"SobobaCasinoResort's deployment of IGT ADVANTAGE X reflects how IGT is helping customers prepare for the future by bringing together systems, games, and Everi FinTech in ways that make operations more fluid and player engagement more meaningful," he said.

Jason Cozart, Soboba Casino Resort’s General Manager, was similarly excited.

He acknowledged that IGT’s innovative casino management system will provide a range of benefits for the casino resort, helping boost player engagement, customer flows, and scale up operations.
