SBC Summit North America welcomes Dan Marino as keynote speaker

One of the most anticipated industry gatherings, the SBC Summit North America 2024, which is due to take place at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in New Jersey, on May 7-9, is also going to welcome nine-time Pro Bowl quarterback and former Miami Dolphin legend Dan Marino as its exclusive keynote panel speaker.

Marino, a Hall of Famer, will kickstart the "Industry and Growth" track with the Audience With Dan Marino moderated keynote, which will see the player discuss his time playing professional football with the Miami Dolphins, his work with the Dan Marine Foundation, and generally share his opinion of the sports industry and how it has been changing over the past years, and since his retirement from active competition.

"I am honored to be a keynote at the upcoming SBC Summit North America. During my time playing in the '80s and '90s, social media was non-existent, and media publications very rarely provided personal accounts of playing in such a league," Marino said.

He also said that he was excited to be able to share some behind-the-scenes information and help shed light on the way a competitive league operates and thinks. RasmusSojmark, Founder & CEO at SBC, has also welcomed the opportunity to see the superstar become a part of the event.

SBC will also partner up with the Dan Marino Foundation to host a fundraising raffle. "Dan is a hugely influential figure, both in the sporting world and with his charitable organization. The keynote address will no doubt provide delegates with a unique and exciting opportunity to hear personal accounts from one of the sporting greatest," Sojmark said.
