SBC Summit Lisbon reveals revamped program for upcoming event

The SBC Summit Lisbon will return on September 16,2025, and the hosts from SBC Events already have a few ideas about how to make it even more worthwhile.

The upcoming edition has been revamped to better reflect the needs and expectations of its global audience with a focus on market diversity, technological innovation, and actionable, real-world learning, all of which will contribute to building the basis of a more impactful event.

Bringing six dedicated stages and three days of learning and networking

Held at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena on September 16-18, 2025, the event is expected to reunite 30,000 attendees and have six dedicated stages with its conference spanning key topics in the industry, including:

• Global and Emerging Markets
• Payments
• Affiliation
• Player Protection
• ‘Operator Academy’ workshops

The event’s Super Stage returns to the MEO Arena to spotlight the headline sessions, which will involve the industry’s biggest names from markets such as Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, and beyond.

Global thought leaders will also be descending on the events to deliver their thoughts in well-thought-out panels. Gary Vaynerchuk, a mogul and serial entrepreneur, will be returning to this year’s edition, alongside such icons as Sir Tim Berners-Lee, Merab Dvalishvili, Laura Woods, and Tony Hawk.

Commenting on the upcoming edition of SBC Summit Lisbon and the agenda, SBC Founder and CEO Rasmus Sojmark had this to say:

Addressing global markets and the opportunities therein

The ‘Global Markets’ and ‘Emerging Markets’ conference tracks will run through all three days and seek to bolster the event’s educational credentials. The Emerging Markets conference track will tackle markets in LatinAmerica, and Brazil, WesternEurope, and NorthAmerica, Georgia, Uzbekistan, the UnitedArabEmirates, Colombia, and Italy, among others.

"Last year, we brought together attendees from 134 countries. This year, we’re going even bigger, with a laser focus on making sure every part of this industry is seen, heard, and represented.
