Relax Gaming promotes Kirsten O'Neill to CFO role

The leading supplier of engaging online casino games, Relax Gaming, announced a senior-level promotion.

Earlier this week, the company confirmed it looked from within for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Searching through its ranks, Relax Gaming identified that Kirsten O'Neill, who used to hold the role of Group Financial Manager, was the perfect fit for the CFO role.

The latest senior-level promotion further strengthened the company's executive-level team.

As CFO, O'Neill takes over the reins from Markus Kruk, who held the strategic role for nine years.

Kruk will remain a part of Relax Gaming but will transition to the role of Chief Corporate Development Officer.

In his new role, the former CFO will focus on the growth, development and expansion of the company through strategic partnerships.

Relax Gaming's promotion comes on the heels of another important announcement.

Recently, the company confirmed the promotion of Martin Stalros to the role of CEO.

Before his appointment, he used to hold the position of Chief Operating Officer.

The company's CEO welcomes the new CFO

Stalros commented on the topic in a statement released earlier this week, revealing that it is thrilling to see O'Neill take over the second-ever CFO role at Relax Gaming.

"She has been a pivotal part of our team for some time and has a fantastic reputation as someone that can be trusted to help us towards our next major milestones as we enter our latest chapter," he added.

Moreover, Stalros pointed out: "I am thrilled to see her take the next step of her journey as she genuinely deserves this opportunity."

The CEO acknowledged the exceptional efforts and dedication of Kruk as CFO, explaining that they both joined the company at approximately the same time.

Finally, Stalros said: "I look forward to his continued journey as Chief Corporate Development Officer, and to working together closely in his new role."

O'Neill is excited to accept the new challenge

Relax Gaming's new CFO was just as delighted.

Initially, O'Neill joined Relax Gaming back in 2021.
