Playson and 888casino agree on multi-market expansion

One of the leading suppliers in the iGaming industry has teamed up once again with one of the most prominent online casino operator brands, with the pair stealing a march on the European regulated market.

Moving forward, Playson will introduce 13 of its top-performing titles to 888casino players in four geolocations across Europe, including Romania, Sweden, Denmark, and Italy, considerably scaling its presence with 888 and ensuring that the supplier continues to deliver content with wider audiences.

Playson and 888casino launched together early in 2023 and are now determined to continue scaling their cooperation. Playson will now expand on this partnership by adding Hold and Win games, such as Royal Coins 2, Lion Gems, and Luxor Gold, soon to be made available across the regulated European market.

Playson similarly hopes that this collaboration helps establish the company’s footprint as a market-leading entity in the regulated iGaming market. Licenses in numerous jurisdictions across Europe have allowed both companies to move quickly with this alliance as well.

Playson Head of Partnerships Christos Zouliantis welcomed the chance to showcase some of the company’s titles across 888casino’s ever-growing network of players, featuring more than 25 million people.

"It takes our existing partnership to the next level and demonstrates the faith that 888 has in our games offering to deliver exciting experiences," Zouliantis added. He further added that Playson was confident in the reputational success of thepartnership and the added value to Playson’s product awareness in each of the four targeted markets as a result of this content alliance.

888 Group International Unit Managing DirectorNir Hakarmeli was of a similar mind, seeing in the move an opportunity for both companies as they seek to consolidate their footprint in each of the four targeted regions. 888 casino is all about providing players with a safe and enjoyable gaming experience, Hakarmeli explained. This means bringing content from the best suppliers, and Playson is clearly one of those.

Playson has been expanding quickly in each of the aforementioned regions as well as Europe in general. The company teamed up with Italian operator Vincitu for further presence in the market. The company signed a similar content alliance in Romania with Winbet and LasVegas.
