The provider of leading lottery games, technology and solutions, Aristocrat Leisure Limited, continues to grow its presence in North America.
Only recently, the company has announced that its regulated online Real Money Gaming Business, Aristocrat Interactive, signed a new agreement with the Michigan Lottery.
In a press release, the company confirmed that the alliance involves the deployment of Aristocrat’s iLottery solution for the lottery operator in Michigan.
The successful launch was completed under Aristocrat Interactive’s NeoGames, US, LLP, and significantly bolsters the Michigan Lottery’s operations.
The recent launch marks the start of a six-year partnership between the lottery operator and Aristocrat Interactive.
Initially, the duo first joined forces in 2014, and the latest alliance builds on the success of this collaboration.
Now, the exclusive agreement with Aristocrat Interactive will see the company power the Michigan Lottery with its iLottery technology and solution through July 2032.
The latest contract includes an additional six one-year extensions.
Chris Shaban, Aristocrat Interactive iLottery’s Managing Director, commented: "The successful launch of our full iLottery solution in Michigan marks a significant milestone in our 12-year relationship with one of the most successful lotteries in the United States."
Moreover, the executive pointed out: "By deploying our latest technology and managed services, we are providing the Michigan Lottery with the tools to further their position as a trailblazer in iLottery."
Finally, Shaban acknowledged that a primary focus of the collaboration remains delivering engaging and seamless player experiences that focus on responsible play, while also bolstering the proceeds for public education across Michigan.
Under the terms of the new agreement, the Michigan Lottery will benefit from Aristocrat Interactive’s full end-to-end iLottery ecosystem.
The innovative technology is designed in a way to enhance customer engagement while bolstering operational efficiency and ensuring responsible play.
The deal covers a suite of integrated technologies, including a complex draw games system called NeoDraw, a robust player account management platform, NeoSphere, as well as a comprehensive customer and data experience solution called NeoEngage.
At the same time, the Michigan Lottery will benefit from NeoCube, offering advanced business intelligence and helping with data-driven decision making.
Under the terms of the six-year agreement, Aristocrat joined forces with the software company that offers innovative lottery services and technology, Gambyt, for the development of new website and mobile app for the Michigan Lottery.
