John Dermody joins VIP Play as Chief Transformation and Revenue Officer

The company announced Tuesday it hired the executive with more than 20 years of experience, John Dermody, for the role of Chief Transformation and Revenue Officer.

The newly appointed exec will oversee strategic processes

The recent senior-level hire marks a pivotal moment in the company's growth and highlights its dedication to operational excellence, innovation and long-term expansion and revenue growth.

Holding the role of Chief Transformation and Revenue Officer, Dermody will oversee the development and execution of the company's go-to-market strategy.

He will play a key role in a range of transformation initiatives, while also being in charge of customer acquisition and revenue operations.

Ultimately, at VIP Play, the executive will ensure that every product, partnership and new innovation is in line with the company's goal of revolutionizing interactive entertainment via next-gen design and technology.

The appointment comes after earlier this month, the company hired Scott McBride.

Joining the C-suite at VIP Play, the executive was appointed to the dual role of Chief Design Officer and Senior Vice President of Design Innovation.

The Chief Transformation and Revenue Officer has a track record and brings solid experience

The new Chief Transformation and Revenue Officer at VIP Play shared his excitement, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

Currently, Dermody has a B.S. in Mathematics from Louisiana State University.

He is a recognized leader with a track record in revenue growth and sustainability.

Moreover, Dermody has proven his capabilities of aligning teams and driving growth after holding senior-level roles at recognizable companies.

Overall, he has more than two decades of experience and his extensive career includes important roles at Las Vegas Sands, Caesars and Stride, among other leading companies.
